                               SHIPPING POLICY AND TERMS

Great news!  All orders that qualify and are over $50 will receive complimentary standard USPS Ground delivery within the United States and Internationally before shipping/handling/taxes are added and will be applied upon checkout. We ship to all 50 states, P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). We use USPS for all standard, expedited, and overnight deliveries.


All orders are subject to credit and address verification, you may be contacted to verify this information.  Overnight shipping will require a signature upon delivery for your protection.

All orders will receive a tracking number upon shipping.  This information will be in your shipping confirmation email. It could possibly take up to 48 hours for package to be entered into carriers tracking system and information on your package may not be available while leaving our warehouse and on its way to you.                                      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international shipping are final. Orders are usually packed and ready to ship in 3 to 5 business days.  Shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures which could cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Orders will ship when all items are available.


                                         DUTIES AND TAXES

Price quotes are given for shipping including duties and taxes during checkout. The quote is based upon national laws of the country to which the order is shipping to.  All shipping fees, duties and taxes and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order.

If buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payments of all return duties and taxes, in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer's method of payment.  Shipping fees are not refundable for shipments not delivered or refused shipments.

                                           ITEMIZED FEES

All shipping fees, duties and taxes and brokerage fees will be paid at the time you place your order.  Shipping costs may include the following charges:

a.  Transportation costs incurred by the carrier

b.  Fuel 

c.  Insurance   

d.  The amount charged by the country for an individual item 

e.  The Value Added Tax (VAT) charged by the country

f.   The amount charged by the broker to clear customs

g.  The amount the carrier charges to disburse the costs to the country

h.  The transaction fee and any additional costs that may incur (ex.  rural area

     charges, extra fees for a particular country, etc.)

You may return your item within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and not damaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a phone call or Email with an explanation for your return.  Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


 We at Silk is Chic will not be responsible for merchandise that is damaged in transit once items are shipped. A claim must be filed by you, the purchaser, with the delivery carrier. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
